The fire gutted the 300-square-meter residence, though the exact cause of the blaze remains under investigation.

"However, the incident took a tragic turn when authorities discovered two siblings deceased in a rear bedroom. The young victims have been identified as 14-year-old Wilson (known as Aboy) and his 11-year-old sister, Micella," he continued.

Later that night, a second fire was reported at 11:33 PM in the Eramas 2000 Complex, Pulo Gebang Urban Village, Cakung Sub-district.
