Still Rp 3,500! No Fare Change for Transjakarta’s Kalideres–Soetta Route

The Jakarta government has confirmed that the Rp 15,000 Transbandara fare, stipulated under Governor’s Decree No. 685/2026, applies exclusively to the Blok M–Soekarno-Hatta (Soetta) Airport route.

The fare remains at the regular Rp 3,500

Meanwhile, fares for the Kalideres–Soetta Airport (SH1) route remain unchanged and will continue to follow the current rates.

Jakarta Transportation Agency Head, Budi Awaluddin stated that the Governor's Decree specifically regulates the fare for the Blok M–Soekarno-Hatta Airport route only.

Meanwhile, the fare for the Kalideres–Soekarno-Hatta route is still under deliberation, with public feedback being carefully deemed.

"If we look at the title, it is Public Transport Service Fare for the Transbandara Blok M–Soekarno-Hatta Route. It mentions the route very specifically, so this decree applies exclusively to that journey," he expressed, Saturday (8/1).

He noted that the Transjakarta Kalideres–Soekarno-Hatta route currently maintains its standard fare. The city remains open to public feedback before finalizing any new pricing for the service.

"The Kalideres–Soetta route isn't covered by this decree. It is still under review as we continue to gather input from the community. For now, the fare remains at the regular Rp 3,500," he explained.

PT Transjakarta President Director Welfizon Yuza emphasized that the SH1 service continues to operate under its existing fare structure, as it is not included in Governor's Decree No. 685/2026.

"Since the SH1 Kalideres–Soekarno-Hatta route is not mentioned in this decree, it will follow the current rates: Rp 2,000 between 5 AM and 7 AM, and Rp 3,500 after 7 AM," he stated.
