D'MASIV to Perform at Launch of Jakarta Transportation Call Center

The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) will launch call center 1500813 during Car-Free Day (CFD) at the Bundaran HI area on Sunday (8/9).

Held under the theme "One Number, Jakarta Transportation Solutions," the launch marks a new step toward providing transportation services that are more responsive, faster, and easier for the public to access.

The event is scheduled to be officially inaugurated by Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung and attended by Jakarta Vice Governor Rano Karno as well as Jakarta Regional Secretary Uus Kuswanto. The event will also feature a performance by D'MASIV band.

Jakarta Transportation Agency Head Budi Awaluddin said the call center 1500813 reflects the agency's commitment to delivering transportation services that are responsive, integrated, fast, and user-friendly.

He explained that call center 1500813 enables residents to access transportation services and submit various transport-related reports through a single phone number.

"We want to provide services that are faster, easier to access, and give residents greater certainty. This is a tangible reflection of the Transportation Agency's commitment to serving Jakarta," he said on Wednesday (8/5).

Call center 1500813 will operate as a 24/7 integrated service center, offering services such as towing assistance, emergency traffic guidance, and funeral procession escorts.

The public can also report traffic-related issues involving road infrastructure and incidents affecting traffic flow, such as traffic accidents, fallen trees, and fires.

The Jakarta Transportation Agency invited residents to attend and celebrate the launch of the call center 1500813 during Car-Free Day at Bundaran HI.

"This event reflects the Jakarta Provincial Government's commitment to delivering transportation services that are more accessible, faster, and user-friendly while supporting safe, comfortable, and sustainable mobility for residents," he noted.
