As the transition moves forward, Transjakarta is conducting a thorough assessment of all current water transport assets, including the existing fleet of Transportation Agency vessels.
This comprehensive review will pave the way for a strategic revitalization plan, focusing on top-tier safety and punctuality. It aims to create a unified system that bridges the islands and the mainland, making travel effortless for all residents.

Earlier, a high-level delegation—consisting of Jakarta Transportation Agency Deputy Head, Ujang Harmawan; Transjakarta President Director, Welfizon Yuza; and Jakarta Regional BUMD Development Agency (BPBUMD) Head—conducted a working visit to Pramuka, Panggang, Kelapa, and Harapan islands on Saturday (8/22).
The series of activities kicked off at the Panggang Island Urban Village Office with a high-level audience involving Seribu Islands Regent, Muhammad Fadjar Churniawan, and local community figures. Beyond discussions, the team conducted on-site technical evaluations of the docks and port infrastructure managed by the Regional Port Management Unit (UPPD), ensuring that every facility is ready for future integration.
