Transjakarta Service for Pulogebang Terminal Is Very Minimal

Transjakarta bus service from and toward Pulogebang Terminal is complained due to unoptimal. As a result, passenger candidate had to wait for bus for hours.

Madina, (36), one of passenger candidates admitted he had to wait for one hour. Whereas, he only waited in East Jakarta Mayor bus stop.

"Transjakarta bus is very minimal, we have waited them until one hour. Public minivan is also very minimal," he lamented, Monday (6/20).

Aside that, he stated, public minivan and city bus in terminal is also very minimal. Thus, Transjakarta and public minivan service is also deemed unoptimal.

Prasetio, (37), an officer of Transjakarta admitted there are only two fleets plying Pulogadung-Pulogebang terminal. This is because of minimal passenger numbers. Every rit is only ridden by two until five passengers.

"Sometimes, there is no passenger but we remain operate," he admitted.
