5,370 Families in Sukapura Receive Food Aid

A total of 5,370 families KK in Sukapura Urban Village, Cilincing District, North Jakarta, received food assistance in the form of rice to meet their daily basic needs.

Head of Sukapura Urban Village, Mursani said the food aid distribution is a government program through the State Logistics Agency (Bulog), based on the National Social and Economic Single Data (DTSEN). Distribution will take place over five days, from September 1 to 5, 2026.

Mursani explained that his team is targeting distribution to 1,250 families daily. The aid collection service is open from 8 AM to 4 PM.
"For residents who are unable to attend according to the invitation schedule, they are still permitted to collect it on the following day as long as it is still within the five-day distribution period," he added.
Each beneficiary received assistance of 30 kilograms of rice packed in three sacks, each weighing 10 kilograms.
"We have officers on standby in the field to help bring rice to the front gate for priority groups of elderly residents, pregnant women, and residents bringing children," he continued.
One of the beneficiaries, Ani Suhendra (45), admitted she is listed as a beneficiary in the third decile category.
"The rice is of excellent quality, not dry and soft. This 30 kilogram aid is sufficient to cover approximately two months of food needs," she admitted.
Ani stated the aid had a significant economic impact on her family. Money previously allocated for rice could now be used to meet other household needs.
