According to him, this condition has an impact on a number of financing options, so the Jakarta Provincial Government needs to rationalize and make budgets more efficient in a number of regional agencies.
"The impact will be cuts in several agencies, such as food and beverages, visits, and seminars. I think this is reasonable, as it won't significantly impact performance," he added.
In addition to tax revenue, Suhud stated that the decline in Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH) has also impacted Jakarta's fiscal situation. Therefore, the Jakarta Provincial Government needs to tighten spending by reducing several programs and activities.
"Well, this has resulted in us tightening our spending even more. Many programs and activities have been reduced," he emphasized.
