The workers of Bantar Gebang integrated dump site (TPST), Bekasi will be recruited as freelancers of Jakarta Dept. of Cleanliness. Their salary will be based on province minimum wage (UMP).

“Bantar Gebang will apply self-management system. The workers will be recruited as our freelancers,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, Friday (6/24).
Basuki added their salary is Rp 3.1 million per month. They also get 13rd salary to be paid ahead of Eid ul Fitr.
