Seribu Islands Industry and Energy Sub-dept ensured, during Eid holiday, there will be no decrease in power supply voltage as happened during the long vacation some time ago.

"Maintenance of electric substation has been done over two days for the entire island in the two sub-districts. So electricity condition during Eid will be safe," said Melinda Sagala, Head of Seribu Islands Industry and Energy Sub-dept, Saturday (6/25).

According to him, maintainance is done for 20 substations on settlement island, to anticipate when many tourists who come on holiday on national holidays or leave later.

Meanwhile, for safety, Thursday (6/23), his sub-dept has installed main and divider panels for street light.

"We install 18 units in each sub-district, either main panel or its divider panel thus street light in the island is equal," he finished.
