Fallen Trees in East Jakarta Completely Removed"Nine trees were planted, consisting of six Tabebuya and three Bungur trees," he said, Friday (11/6).
He added that the Friday Planting Day activity involved approximately 35 Green Troop personnel, as well as section heads and operational unit heads from 10 districts in East Jakarta.
He hopes that the trees will provide ecological benefits and improve the aesthetics of the environment, especially in the border area of East Jakarta and Bekasi.
Meanwhile, one of the local residents, Wahyudi (45) admitted the planting is very important considering that the Pondok Gede Hajj Dormitory Triangle location is a crossing area that is quite busy with vehicles from various regions.
"We really appreciate the tree planting program because it adds to the aesthetics and makes the environment cooler and more beautiful," he admitted.
