2,800 Plots of Land in City will Be Certified

To certify 2,800 plots, we'll cooperate with Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning

Jakarta Provincial Government plans to certify 2,800 plots of land that spread in five cities.

Vice Head of Jakarta Financial and Asset Management Board (BPKAD), Michael Rolandi C Brata disclosed Jakarta government has 5,000 plots of land. From that number, 2,800 out of them have not been certified.

30 Percent of Land in E. Jakarta Not Yet Certified

"To certify 2,800 plots, we'll cooperate with Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning," he stated, at City Hall, Monday (6/27).

To realize it, he continued, such cooperation will be listed in a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). In that document, the same technical implementation of certification will be set.

"Hopefully, the MoU can run as soon as possible. We're now trying to match the schedule of Mr. Governor and Mr. Minister," he stated.

He added, if the certification is implemented, 2,800 plots will directly be fenced thus other parties cannot take it.
