910 Lintas Jaya Personnel Deployed at 12 Terminals

As many as 910 joint personnel of Lintas Jaya to be deployed at 12 terminals in Jakarta. Personnel will guard the homecoming which is predicted to reach its peak on Saturday (7/1).

This year, 9,274 buses to be departed

Jakarta Head Dept. of Transportation Andri Yansyah said the guarding will be escorted by City Police and Kodam Jaya.

“They are our daily personnel at lintas jaya operation,” he said, Thursday (6/30).

1,200 Joint Personnel to Secure East Jakarta

Based on the data in 2014, homecoming flow from terminal was 11,933 passengers and 2015 was 12,894 passengers. The returning flow in 2014 was 281,023 passengers and 2015 was 287,336 passengers.

“This year, 9,274 buses to be departed. It includes regular, tourism, and back up armada,” he added.

Moreover, bus crew must go for urine and health test before the bus is departed. Bus facilities such as safety hammer and light fire extinguisher must be completed.
