The PGC intersection, Cililitan, Jl Raya Bogor, Jl Dewi Sartika and Jl Mayjen Sutoyo are rampant with street vendor (PKL). Besides on the sidewalk, some vendors also open stall on the roadside. The condition has caused traffic jam.
Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, tens of PKL open stall on the roadside and the sidewalk. Most are selling soft drink, mie ayam (chicken noodle), noodle and so on. Besides them, hundreds of motorbikes seen parked illegally in front of PGC gate, Jl Dewi Sartika.
