Car free day on Jalan MH Thamrin and Jalan Sudirman is off during Eid holiday on July 3 and 10. Vehicles are able to pass the roads as usual.

Jakarta Head Dept. of Transportation, Andri Yansyah, said the policy is based on Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 12/2016 about Car Free Day. Regulation stated that car free day can be eliminated during national and international special event.
“It’s Eid holiday, so car free day is off on July 3 and 10,” he said, Saturday (7/2).
Car Free Days Remains Excited During Long HolidayHe added that homecoming and returning season operation are also held at the same time. Mostly the Jakartans are heading to their hometown, car free day should be low of visitor.
“Car free day is back on July 17,” he added.
