Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama appeals the hospitals, clinics, drug stores, and midwifes to buy vaccine from official distributors. It is aimed to avoid getting fake vaccines.

“We have told them, please get the vaccines at official state-owned enterprises,” he said, Monday (7/18).

He added that if someone buying vaccine in cheap price, it is suspicious.

“Buying cheaper vaccines to get large profit means they are deliberate to do wrong thing,” he added.

Basuki uttered has given strict sanction for those who use fake vaccines. Jakarta Dept. of Health has revoked the permit of midwives and clinics using fake vaccine. Revoking permit for Harapan Bunda Hospital is authority of Health Ministry.
