Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama praises student orientation concept which is changed by Minister of Education and Culture, Anies Baswedan. The changing is aimed to equalize the level with international school.

The methods must be examined fully

“The concept taken by the minister is good. Advancing school level can be started from running the right system,” he said, Monday (7/18).

Basuki added that the minister wants to equalize school level with the international school.

“The methods must be examined fully,” he added.

According to him, there is no plonco (introduction for freshmen) system in international school. “School introduction they have are knowing the extracurricular, classroom, and so on.
