MPLS Activity in Schools Monitored Tightly

Jakarta Education Dept is tightening internal controls on schools. By so, it is hoped acts of violence that often occurs during the school environment introduction (MPLS) or extracurricular activities could be minimized.

They directly monitor the activity in the field as unwanted thing anticipation toward the new student

"There are section head, division head, UPT head, until principal. They directly monitor the activity in the field as unwanted thing anticipation toward the new student," expressed Sopan Adrianto, Head of Jakarta Education Dept, Monday (7/18).

He disclosed that such step was taken in order to protect the new student from senior student. This is because acts of violence in schools are rampant after MPLS activity is done.
