The selling of Transjakarta e-ticketing starter card and top up is finally applied for all existing shelter. The decision is based on survey held for Transjakarta users.

PT Transjakarta Director, Budi Kaliwono, said his side has conducted socialization regarding e-ticketing implementation at 34 shelters only.
“Previously, the service would be limited for attendant efficiency. Now it is opened for all shelter,” he said, Monday (7/18).
Transjakarta to Add 100 Units This YearAccording to him, evaluation for this program will be run for operational efficiency. In fact, it will still be based on user’s suggestion.
“Transjakarta puts service for users based on security and operational efficiency,” he added.
