The Indonesian Ombudsman found a service in Jakarta that has potency of deviation such as maladministration.
Toilet at bus shelter and facility for disabled people are also low
One of the service is mass transportation, Transjakarta.
Alamsyah Saragih, Ombudsman chief, said Transjakarta has not enough CCTV units along bridge shelter.

“Generally, public shelter has no toilet facility. But we have prepared this facility in the future,” he stated.
