Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama targets to conduct the groundbreaking of Intermediate Treatment Facilities (ITF). Jakarta Dept. of Cleanliness is being asked to find the formula of direct appointment for the waste management.

The ITF construction was postponed because of some problems. Now Jakarta Provincial Government is able to appoint city-owned enterprises constructing the ITF based on Presidential Decree No. 4/2015.
