The price to be paid for land impacted by Transjakarta flyover lane of corridor 13 (Kapten Tendean-Blok M-Ciledug) is based on appraisal.
The appraisal is conducted by involving Land Institution in 30 days
Achmad Dahlan, Head Unit of Land Procurement for Dept. of Bina Marga, said the land price appraisal is held openly.

BPK Investigates Ciledug-Tendean Non Toll ProjectThis is based on article 37 verse 1 of Act 2/2012 about Land Procurement for Public Interest.
“There are 30 land lots impacted by the project,” he added.
If there is no agreement with the price, land owner can propose an objection to local court lately 14 days after appraisal day.
