Cilandak Timur Urban Village Head, Vernier, said the location has a shopping center. It means the traffic will always crowded. Vehicles taking turn will cause more traffic jam since the queue could use two lanes.

“We need to minimize vehicles queue, not only for taking turn but also entering the shopping center,” he said, Thursday (7/28).

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Transportation, Christianto, admitted his side will replace the existing separator at Jalan Cilandak KKO.

“If the policy is implemented permanently, it will use MCB,” he closed.
