A number of street lights type LED will be installed around the office of General Election Commission (KPU) and Panwaslu, Jl Pulomas Basar VI, Kav 14-16.

"We'll install four LED lamps around East Jakarta KPU office. Each lamp has 90 watts power with eight-meter high pole," said Nurhidayat, Head of East Jakarta Industry and Energy Sub-dept, Monday (8/1).

Around the Panwaslu office, there will be three lamps with the same power installed. It is focused on behind the office and parking lot that need more lighting.

"Due to closing gubernatorial election, the activity in the KPU and Panwaslu office will increase. We support it by adding more lighting," he told

According to him, starting on August 3 or Tuesday, activities in both offices will increase. It relates to democracy party in the upcoming 2017 gubernatorial election. By installing street light, it is hoped able to create safe and comfort.
