16 Illegal Buildings at Jalan SMAN 58 Dismantled

As many as 16 illegal buildings at Jalan SMAN 58, Ciracas Urban Village, Ciracas Sub-district, East Jakarta, were dismantled, Tuesday (8/2). The buildings must be demolished because of occupying water channel.

Mostly the buildings have been left by the owners since a week ago. They used the building as food stall, ornamental fish stall, cellular, shop, and so on.
Manson Sinaga, Ciracas Sub-district Head, admitted his side has given socialization to the owner. The demolition should be held last week, but six building owners wanted for postponement.

His side has cooperated with East Jakarta Sub-dept. of Bina Marga to normalize the road. Previously, the road was occupied by illegal buildings up 2-3 meter.
Green lane will be also provided at the area.
