Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat appeals student parents and citizens to take part in advancing education sector. It is because education sector is not only the responsibility of government, education agency or school side.

Citizens have take their part in constructing Nurul Jannah Mosque at SMAN 39 Cijantung, East Jakarta. The Rp 3.7 billion fund was taken from local citizens, student parents, and local private companies.
The mosque is able to accommodate 700 people. Djarot wants this activity can be followed by other schools.
Grand Mosque Construction Targeted to Complete in December“The mosque is built through citizens participation. It’s good for other schools to copy,” he said, Thursday (8/4).
Djarot hopes the mosque can be used maximally not only for regular praying, but also school activity such as OSIS discusion.
