Illegal Buildings Above City’s Asset Dismantled

As many as seven illegal buildings on city’s land at Jalan Raya Sindang RT 06/09, Koja Urban Village, Koja Sub-district were dismantled. The land will be used RPTRA.

No one live in the buildings. It is used as business only

Koja Urban Village Head, Depika Romadi, said the buildings were built 3-4 years ago. Various activity such as selling food, bird, up to early childhood education (PAUD) were there.

“No one live in the buildings. It is used as business only,” she said, Monday (8/8).

121 Illegal Buildings at Pedok River Controlled

As planned before, the RPTRA will be constructed this year.

“The plan has been included in this year’s development plan,” she added.
