PBB P2 Online Service in Matraman UPPD Developed

The Matraman Local Tax Service Unit (UPPD), East Jakarta is developing data collection and assessment of land and building tax Rural and Urban (PBB P2) through E-Collection system.

Matraman UPPD Head, Maria Yuli Istiningsih disclosed that E-Collection system is recently applied in Matraman UPPD. Nevertheless, it has not been connected with Sim PBB in Jakarta Tax Service Dept.
She expressed such idea was created after undergoing education and training (diklat) leader 3 in generation 41 in Jakarta Diklat Agency. It is held since March 28 until September 2016 and directly guided by Head of Jakarta Tax Service Dept, Agus Bambang Setiowidodo.

She admitted, until now, her party still awaits the system connected with a server of Sim PBB. If it is connected, it can speed up data collection process on PBB and in-out document in online with more accurate results.
"The officer in the office can quickly validate the result of data and print of tax object notification letters (SPPT) of building and land tax (PBB)," he continued.
She added PBB P2 revenue in 2014 is 59.69 percent from target by Rp 34,925,516,526. Last year, the revenue reached 99.78 percent from total Rp 29.803 billion. And this year, since January-July, it is reaching 46 percent from Rp 24.441 billion.
"The difference in the tax revenue targets happens because there is different tax target every year," he stated.
