Smart City-Based Service Keeps Being Improved

Jakarta Provincial Government received Smart City Nusantara award from PT Telkom Indonesia. This is because Jakarta is deemed able to implement smart city.

We are proud because it also becomes our motivation to keep improving public service performance

Jakarta Communication, Informatics and Public Relations Dept Head, Ekowati disclosed that the local government does not directly complacent with the award. In future, public service will continue to be improved to respond to citizen complaints.

"We are proud because it also becomes our motivation to keep improving public service performance," she expressed, Friday (8/12).

Jakarta Smart City Booth Successfully Attracted 2.300 Visitors

In future, all information in smart city will be used for various purposes. One of them is to formulate the policy what is considered optimal and beneficial to the public.

"We continue to create new innovation thus all information can be maximal to create the policy to the public," she closed.
