Monetary Supervision Board (BPK) wants Jakarta Provincial Government to inventory its assets.

The effort is aimed to prevent troubled assets such as land in Cengkareng Barat, West Jakarta.
Yudi Ramdan, BPK’s Public Relation and International Cooperation Bureau, said the inventory is important to avoid lawsuit in the future.

“I recommend to inventory the asset as an effort preventing lawsuit,” he said, Monday (8/15).
According to him, there are three requirements to own the land. First is certificate, second is handling the physical asset, and third is the asset has physical proof.
“Now Jakarta Provincial Government must improve the certificate of ownership,” he closed.
