Transjakarta Routes Diverted Today

Several Transjakarta routes are diverted today (Wednesday, 8/17). The effort is related with independence day ceremony at State palace, Jalan Medan Merdeka Utara. The routes to be diverted are applied for bus passing the State Palace.

It is hoped the citizens will adjust with the schedule we have prepared

Prasetia Budi, Transjakarta BLUD Public Relation Head, said his side has prepared anticipation related with the diversion.

“It is hoped the citizens will adjust with the schedule we have prepared,” he said, Tuesday (8/16).

As for corridor 1 (Blok M - Kota), the route from Blok M heading to Arjuna Wiwaha Horse Statue will be diverted to Jalan Budi Kemuliaan - Jalan Abdul Muis - Jalan Majapahit - and heading to Harmoni shelter up to Kota.

Route from Kota, the route is diverted after Harmoni shelter to Jalan Juanda - Pasar Baru shelter - Lapangan banteng - Jalan Pejambon - Tugu Tani - Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan - BI shelter and so on.

For corridor 2 (Pulogadung - Harmoni), route from Pulogadung to Harmoni is still normal. Route from Harmoni to Pulogadung is diverted from Harmoni shelter heading to Jalan Juanda - Pasar baru shelter - Lapangan Banteng - Jalan Pejambon - Tugu Tani - Kwitang shelter and up to Pulogadung.

Route fro double-decker bus Jalan Juanda - Kota shelter starts to operate at 12 PM. Route for Jalan Juanda - Bundaran HI is shortened from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM to become Balai Kota - Bundaran HI.
