Based on Beritajakarta.com observations, Monday (8/22), there are 50 trash bins around channel or canal near West Jakarta Mayor office. But only 20 out of them are broken and some are missing.
Imah (42), a cleaning service who often cleans up trash in the location admitted, trash bin has been broken since more than two years.

While Head of West Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-dept, Edy Mulyanto disclosed his party has got a report about the broken trash bin in West Jakarta Mayor office.
"We plan to replace them with the new ones this year," he said.
