Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said will give the authority of shelter and pedestrian bridge management to PT Transjakarta. It includes the regular shelter.

Basuki lets PT Transjakarta to cooperate with private company to place ads on the shelter and bridge. The ads revenue can be used for public service obligation (PSO).

He asks the ads should not close the bridge or shelter. It must be opened and bright.
Basuki gives example one of the best bridges. That is in Bundaran Hotel Indonesia which is built by PT Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).
“The best pedestrian bridge is in Bundaran HI. It’s like European pedestrian bridge,” he continued.
Jakarta Dept. of Transportation noted there are 1,303 regular shelters, and 135 pedestrian bridges integrated with Transjakarta shelters.
