Jakarta City Council Commission A held an audience with the Oasis Mitra Sarana apartment occupants. The audience was held related with the occupants complaints.
They came to discuss about apartment tenants’ association (PPRS)
“They came to discuss about apartment tenants’ association (PPRS). The leader is Jakarta Dept. of Public Housing,” said Riano P Ahmad, Commission A Chairman, Monday (8/29).
His side asked Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building and Bureau of Law to hear the occupants’ problem.
20 Rusunami Units in Jakarta TroubledHartono (55), one of the occupants, stated the worthiness certificate is not processed by the building management. In fact, the sealing banner related with worthiness certificate has been installed on the building.
“Since 2013, the certificate is not processed. We afraid if fire incident in one of apartments in South Jakarta will happen to us,” he stated.
