For the sake of passenger safety, PT Transjakarta will send more security officers in the bus and bus stop. 

"We'll add more personnel. Some will wear civvies," expressed Budi Kaliwono, Director of PT Transjakarta, Wednesday (8/31).

According to Budi, regarding beating case in the bus stop a while ago, the CCTV recordings the incident and has been sent to the Polda Metro Jaya. This case is very unfortunate.

"We do not tolerate the incident like this, so we immediately proceed with the CCTV recordings to be immediately dealt with," he finished.
