Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama allows Transjakarta bus to ads. By so, PT Transjakarta can have income for operational cost.

According to him, ads inside bus can add more income. Thus the city administration could reduce the public service obligation (PSO).

"From adds, we able to reduce the PSO from APBD. Usually subsidize can reach Rp 3 trillion-Rp 4 trillion," he expressed.

He expects, the ads could absorb income up to Rp 1-2 trillion. The income is used to subsidize to the passenger.

"It can to reduce the PSO thus resident can pay the bus cheaply," he finished.
