City to Add 200 Motor Carts Through APBD-P

City Cleanliness Dept has done some efficiency budgeting allocation. Yet, for priority program such as waste handling, they remain propose additional 200 motor carts in the 2016 General Policy for City Budget Priorities and the Tentative Budget Platform (KUA-PPAS).

So there are some budget items deleted and diverted to motor cart procurement

"So there are some budget items deleted and diverted to motor cart procurement," disclosed Isnawa Adji, Head of City Cleanliness Dept, Tuesday (9/6). 

He explains, at this time, city already has 300 motor carts. It should be added to quickly respond waste handling in some regions that cannot be reached by dump truck.

35 Motor Carts Distributed in S. Jakarta

City Secretary, Saefullah hoped motor cart procurement can be done soon. Thus there is no unused funds (silpa) from the budget proposed.

"Please check it first, whether it is possible or not conducted in APBD-P. Do not let it becomes silpa," he uttered.

City Budget Agency Member, Ramly Muhammad acknowledged the current motor cart in Jakarta is lacking and must be added. Thus waste handling could be optimized.

"If you need more budget, it’s okay," he closed.
