The controlling of building in Kemang, South Jakarta is based on ownership certificate.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama said the building will be demolished if there is no ownership certificate. The data is being collected.

City Adds Heavy Equipments to Krukut RiverJakarta Provincial Government will buy the land if it included in river trace. The land will be used as river normalization. Now the Krukut river width is only 3-5 meters from previous width 20-25 meters.
“Building or land at riverbank must be bought,” he added.
Several Kemang areas are still inundated since the existing channel can not accommodate the water.
“Our solution is widening the channel to flow into our pump,” he closed.
