The improvement and construction of sidewalk at Jalan Jatibaru, Tanah Abang has reached 55 percent. Jakarta Dept. of Bina Marga targets to complete the project by October.

“Now the project has reached 55 percent,” said Ricky Janus, Head Section of Development for Road Infrastructures and Utility (KPJJU) Dept. of Bina Marga, Friday (9/9).
He added that sidewalk improvement along 950 meters and 4.5 to 6 meters width is based on the lane availability.
Sidewalk, Park, and Road Arrangement Must Run Together“It is targeted to complete in October. The project has touched Tanah Abang Station,” he added.
Moreover, the sidewalk is already equipped with ducting box. It will ease third party installing fiber optic cables.
“Ducting box is targeted to complete by December. There are 90 boxes. Each box has its own ID,” he closed.
