Djarot to Monitor Slaughtering for Qurban Animal

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat will monitor the slaughtering process on Monday (9/12). The effort is aimed to make sure the slaughtering runs according to the regulation.

“I’ll pray Eid ul Adha at City Hall, then visit several slaughtering locations,” he said, Saturday (9/10).

Djarot has prepared 10 qurban animals to be spread at several locations in Jakarta. “There are eight cows and two goats,” he added.

Djarot appeals the residents to obey the regulation during celebrating the Eid ul Adha. Animal should not be slaughtered at prohibited locations such as sidewalk.
