Jakarta BPOM once again does data collection towards type and number of drug in six drugstores, at Pramuka Market, East Jakarta, Tuesday (9/13).

"We're currently doing data collection towards type and number of drug. Because it was previously controlled by the police," said Widya Savitri, Section Head of Jakarta BPOM when he led the process of data collection.

Those drugstores are Fauzi Farma, Sinar Sehat 1 and 2, Paris, Rezeki and Mamar Guci Pharmacy.

Afterwards, the illegal drugs will be seized, including its distributor.

"If the drug is legal, but distributor is illegal, we remain seize it. But if the distributor is legal, we will return it," he stated.

In that occasion, there are 70 joint officers involved, such as BPOM, Satpol PP, Pasar Jaya, Police and Army.
