As many as 27 locations in East Jakarta become illegal building controlling priority. It is targeted that the locations are free from illegal buildings by the end of this year.

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Hartono Abdullah, said the controlling must be completed in the next four months. Coordination with urban villages and sub-districts remains maintained.

“All location are big scale of controlling. It must be completed this year,” he said, Wednesday (9/14).

According to him, mostly the buildings are built above government asset, water channel, green belt, riverbank, and so on.

The locations are along Jalan Kalimalang, Cakung Barat, Jalan DI Panjaitan or precisely at Jalan H Kaiman in front of PT Telkom Prumpung up to Barkah Park at Rawabunga Urban Village, Jatinegara and Jalan Komarudin at East side if JORR Toll.

Some of buildings owner will be relocated to flat. Now his side is still preparing the flat by cooperating with Jakarta Dept. of Public Housing and Governmental Building.
