Jakarta Regional Library and Archive Body is asked to hold meeting with HB Jassin Literary Documentation Center to discuss about management takeover. It is hoped the takeover can be held next year.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, said all operational will be funded by city budget if the management is handled by Jakarta Provincial Government.

Grant Aid Should Not Be ConstantlyBasuki added some of PDS HG Jassin workers’ salaries use his operational fund. Based on the regulation, the aid can be given three times a row.
The foundation will not get the aid because Home Ministry Regulation No. 32/2011 about city budget grant and social aid prohibits it.
“I hope the takeover can be handled fully next year,” he closed.
