The access heading to Jalan Inspeksi Kali Item, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, or precisely at Jalan Bren, Sumur Batu will be widened. The project is run after the personnel control illegal building at the area.

Kemayoran Sub-district Head, Herry Purnama, said his side has socialized the project to the building owners. His side has prepared the relocation at Pinus Elok flat, Penggilingan, East Jakarta.

“There are six buildings to be demolished,” he said, Monday (9/19).

According to him, the illegal buildings have been standing for years. Previously, the road width was eight meters, now becomes three meters.

“We’ll refunction the road again,” he admitted.
