Jakarta Assistant of Community Welfare, Fatahillah supports the No Smoking Area bylaw draft.

According to him, Jakarta Provincial Government has three Governor Decree (Pergub) related with smoking prohibition. Those are Pergub No. 75/2005, Pergub No. 88/2010, and Pergub No. 50/2012.
