Hundreds of joint personnel of police, army and West Jakarta Administration along with residents did a communal work on Jl Utan Jati Raya, Kalideres. As a result, they managed to pick up 20 tons of garbage using five trucks.

Head of West Jakarta Cleanliness Sub-dept, Edy Mulyanto said, the communal work involved 400 personnel. Especially for cleanliness dept, his side sent 50 freelancers and 1 heavy equipment type shofel loader to dredge garbage.

"Garbage volume is about 20 tons. We pick up them using five trucks," he expressed, Friday (9/23).

As for the garbage dominated by tree branches, picked up by freelancer under Park and Cemetery Sub-dept and mud in the channel dredged by truck belongs to each SKPD.

"Further we will dispose them to Bantargebang Landfill, Bekasi," he finished.
