Dozens of illegal buildings at Jalan Budi Mulia, RW 16, Pademangan Barat, North Jakarta were demolished. The are will be used as RPTRA construction.

Pademangan Sub-district Head, Musa Syafrudin, admitted the illegal buildings have been standing there since five years ago. Mostly the occupants were newcomers.
“Last warning letter was already given yesterday. The locations will be used as RPTRA,” he said, Tuesday (9/27).
Council Wants RPTRA Facilities AddedNorth Jakarta Head of Community and Women Empowerment Office, Hendry Novtrizal, said the locations are one of 31 RPTRA locations in North Jakarta. It is targeted to complete in December.
“It’s including RPTRA at Jalan Budi Mulia Pademangan Barat. Next month can be started,” he added.
