A high enough office building projects on the location, now has wall fences until forwardly intended for two meters wide and more than 20 meters high.

As a result, pedestrian road which 4 meters wide at the beginning, now only two meters wide. This condition disturbs pedestrian comforts due to narrowed pedestrian path.

Related to this case, Rudi, Head Section of Tamansari Sub-District Building Control (P2B) Agency, admitted did not know anything about this.

“I didn’t know about this case, if the building violates the rules by annexing pedestrian. I will review it to the location right now and I will take action if the building violates the rules,” he said, Friday (5/16).
