Jakarta Provincial Government targets to finish Ciliwung river normalization by 2018. The target must be supported with flat availability.

Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, said his side must relocate local residents to flat. The project will be run by BBWSCC.

This year’s 22 thousand units construction is postponed. Some of them can not be developed because of several matters, such as land ownership.
Four construction locations are postponed. Those are Cengkareng Barat by two towers, Muara Baru by two towers, Pondok Pinang complex by one tower, and two towers remaining at former land of East Jakarta Sub-dept. of Cleanliness.
