Based on the data of Jakarta BPBD's Pusdalops, the raising water at Katulampa occurs since 2 PM. Initially, the water level was only 40 cm and then increased gradually.

At that time, heavy rain had poured the dam. This caused water level increased continuously. It is predicted water will flow into Manggarai in a period of nine hours ahead. Residents living in Ciliwung riverbank are appealed to be vigilant.

These regions that should be anticipated are Srengseng Sawah, Rawajati, Kalibata, Pengadegan, Pejaten Timur, Kebon Baru, Bukit Duri, Balekambang, Cililitan, Cawang, Bidara Cina, and Kampung Melayu.
