155 Personnel Dispatched to Manage Traffic at Four Points

Following a demonstration in front of City Hall building, as much as 155 personnel under East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept are deployed to manage traffic flow at four points.

East Jakarta Transportation Sub-dept Head, Ismato stated, four points that guarded by personnel are intersection of Jalan Raden Inten or MC Donald Duren Sawit, intersection of Jalan Pramuka-Jalan Matraman, intersection of Cililitan Wholesale Center (PGC) and intersection of Jalan Pemuda in front of Arion Rawamangun Mall.

He revealed, besides that, around 15 members are sent to arrange traffic around City Hall and its surrounding areas.

"155 personnel are divided into two shifts, 76 personnel (shift 1) and 79 personnel (shift 2)," he stated.

Relaying on Beritajakarta.com's data, hundreds of demonstration that dominated by mass organization are mostly from Bekasi, West Jakarta, they conduct convoy towards Jl Kalimalang with a heavy police escort.

Those conduct sweeping along Jalan Kalimalang towards Jalan DI Panjaitan, Jalan Pramuka, Jalan Salemba, Jalan Kramat Raya towards City Hall Building at Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan, Gambir, Central Jakarta. 

In Pulogebang area, they are seen passing through Jalan Penggilingan, Jalan I Gusti Ngurah Rai, Jalan Bekasi Timur, Jalan Matraman Raya and so forth.
